Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?

Appointments are not required but are recommended! Booking an appointment ensures that there is a room available for you to try dresses on in as well as someone to help you! Walk-ins are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate! 

How much do your wedding dresses cost?

Our wedding dresses typically range from $1200-$1800. We also carry off the rack options that are generally older and discontinued styles that we can sell at a lower price. 

What sizes of dresses do you carry?

We have them all! We don't care what size or shape you are or what style you want, we have dresses that you can try on! If the sample dress doesn't fit you perfectly, don't worry! We have our handy dandy clips to help!

Do you sell dresses off the rack?

We do! We also have the option of ordering you a new dress in your size, depending on how long you have until your wedding. Some dresses are only available to sell off the rack, it just depends on the dress!

When should I start shopping for my dress?

About 9-12 months before your wedding is ideal! You can definitely start sooner, but it is very helpful to have your wedding date, venue and a few ideas nailed down before you start shopping. 
Keep in mind that dresses can take up to 6 months to order!

Will I need alterations on my dress?

Yes! There is always a chance you won't need them, but almost every single bride needs them. You want it to fit perfectly so you don't trip and aren't adjusting all day long!
Even if you order a new dress, the new dress is made to a mannequin based off the designer's size chart.
To be safe, just assume you will need alterations!

Do you do alterations in the store?

We don't do alterations in house anymore. We recommend some wonderful seamstresses around the area (and Portland). It's up to you who you want to have work on your wedding dress!

How many people can I bring to my appointment with me?

We are no longer limiting the number of people you can bring with you! Our spaces can accommodate 5-6 people comfortably, however, more are welcome! We just ask that you please let us know in advance how many people will be coming so we can best accommodate you!

What is your return policy?

No returns, exchanges, cancellations or credits.

How many people can I bring to my appointment with me?

During COVID, we are trying to limit the number of people in the shop at once so we are asking that you limit your party to 5 people total. Thank you!
